Our Project

Wonderland Homes has graciously provided a home residence to be transformed by the talents and creativity of local designers and vendors. To each room of the home, they will bring their skills, latest design styles, paint, fabric, furniture and accessories for a total home makeover.

The home will be open to the public from April 21-May 14.

For A Good Cause

Supporting The Edge Homeless Veterans Program

To address the needs of the growing homeless population in Northern Colorado, the Loveland Housing Authority has collaborated with multiple community organizations. The Edge, a 70 unit residential community opened in November 2016, includes a building dedicated to providing affordable and permanent housing for homeless veterans. Currently 15 units at The Edge are reserved for homeless veterans. The Edge Homeless Veterans Program operates on the Housing First Model; housing plus supportive services.

Access to behavioral, medical, and emotional health care.

Opportunities for educational and vocational growth to support re-entry to employment or increased ability to earn a living wage.

Opportunities to engage with the local community through arts and cultural events.

Transportation and bike-share program.

Our Goal

The 2017 Leadership Loveland class has set a goal to raise $40,000 to purchase a van that would be dedicated to providing transportation for Homeless Veterans Program at The Edge. Additional funds raised beyond the $40,000 goal, will support the ongoing need for supportive services of the Housing First model.
